Adam Svensson recorded his third consecutive top-10 finish at the Southeastern Collegiate on Tuesday in Valdosta, GA.
The Barry University freshman fired a final round 72 to finish tied for 2nd at 1-under par, five strokes behind individual champion Tim Crouch of Florida Southern.
The Surrey, B.C., native’s rounds of 74-69-72 earned Svensson his highest finish as a Buccaneer. His second place finish comes on the heels of a seventh place finish at last week’s St. Edwards Invitational.
As a team, Barry captured the overall title at 6-over par after firing a 2-under par 286 final round to pass Florida Southern on the leaderboard. This was the Buccaneer’s second tournament title of the spring season.
