Golf Canada in partnership with the Golf Industry Advisory Council (GIAC) has launched a Canada-wide retention campaign to secure both new and returning golfers to the sport. Golf saw elevated levels of play in 2020 and 2021—the Golfer Retention Campaign aims to get these golfers back on the course in 2022. The GIAC is comprised of industry experts including owners and operators, general managers, PGA of Canada professionals and executives from equipment, apparel and footwear industries.
