In her senior year at Barry University, Paré notched three top 10 finishes during the shortened 2019-20 season. The Victoriaville, Que. native also secured strong summer results finishing 2nd at the 2020 Alberta Ladies Amateur Championship and T7 at the 2020 Ontario Women’s Amateur Championship.

  • Q: How did you get into golf?

    My older brother started playing and I wanted to spend time with him, therefore I started playing.

  • Q: Do you have any siblings, If so, how old?

    Yes, older brother and older sister

    Jennifer Lawrence

  • Q: What is something most people don’t know about you? Any hidden talents?

    I played many instruments (violin, piano, drums, guitar) growing up, don’t play as much now since golf has become so important in my life.

  • Q: What exercise do you dread the most?

    Pull ups… I have yet to complete a full one.

  • Q: What was the last picture that you took on your phone?

    Flat tire of my team’s van on our way back from a tournament.

  • Q: What is the best thing about your hometown?

    Chocolate raspberries cookies from “la manne” and my family.

  • Q: Do you have any superstitions?

    Not really, but I like to think that sometimes when I do something well then I might repeat it and it might become a pattern. As in it’s a sign that if I start with two birdies, I have to finish with two birdies.

  • Q: What is the most surprising thing in your golf bag?

    I will most likely have enough food to last me a week. I always have emergency snacks.

  • Q: If you could have a walk-up song on the first tee box, what would it be?

    Will change over time, but right now it is “Levels” by Avicii.
