Q&A

  • Q: How did you get into golf?

While living in London, England at the age of 6, my dad and I would frequently go to a driving range. My interest in golf grew from there and when I moved back to Canada a few years later, we found a small nine hole course near my cottage that I would beg my parents to play.

  • Q: What is something most people don’t know about you? Any hidden talents?

I don’t really have any hidden talents, however, I lived in England for 5 years as a kid and loved my time there.

  • Q: What is the best thing about your hometown?

During the winters in Ottawa, the city makes the Rideau Canal a public skateway. A bunch of vendors line food stands up along the sides and it makes for a great winter day with your friends.

  • Q: Do you have any superstitions?

During a tournament I will always put the same number of golf balls in my bag at the start of a round.

  • Q: If you could have a walk-up song on the first tee box, what would it be?

“Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift.
