2024 Canadian U15 Championship
The Canadian U15 Championship, organized by Golf Canada, is a prestigious national tournament showcasing the best young golfing talent across the country. Established to foster the development of junior golfers, the championship provides a competitive platform for boys and girls under the age of 15. Since its inception, it has become a key stepping stone in the careers of many aspiring Canadian golfers, offering them the opportunity to compete at a high level and gain invaluable experience. The event plays a vital role in nurturing the future of Canadian golf by promoting sportsmanship, skill development, and the love for the game at a young age. A half-day player development educational summit takes place following the final round of the championship. The Education Summit features four topics including, sport psychology, physical training for young golfers, parenting high-performance athletes, and talent development research.
The Canadian U15 Championship is a 36-hole stroke play championship:
- U15 Boys Division: This competition will run concurrently through completion of 36 holes.
- U15 Girls Division: This competition will run concurrently through completion of 36 holes.
Eligibility
- U15: This competition is open to male and female amateur golfers who have not reached their 15th birthday by the first of the month that that the competition is taking place on.
- Handicap Index must meet the requirements for each division outlined below on the date of application and final registration deadline.
- Male amateurs: 18.0 or less
- Female amateurs: 24.0 or less

Exemptions
The champion of the Canadian U15 Championship earns an exemption into the following events:
- Canadian Junior Girls Championship and 2025 Canadian Junior Boys Championship
- Canadian U15 Championship (if eligible)
- NextGen Selection Camp (Boys)
- Top 5 finishers in each division will earn exemptions into two NextGen Championships.

2024 Canadian Collegiate Invitational
Established in 2024 the Canadian Collegiate Invitational is conducted by Golf Canada and co-hosted by Kent State University and Penn State University who are both led by Canadian head coaches, Jon Mills (Kent State) and Mark Leon (Penn State). The tournament features NCAA Division I men’s golf teams with prominent Canadian ties along with the team champions of the 2024 Canadian University/College Championship. The first championship was claimed by Notre Dame who shot a collective 6-under in the final round to finish the tournament at 17-under to beat the University of Michigan and University of Missouri by five shots to claim the championship. In the individual competition, Team Canada NextGen member, Hunter Thomson (Michigan) of Calgary, Alta. finished 14-under to hold off fellow Team Canada NextGen member, Isaiah Ibit (Kent State) of Orleans, Ont. by two.
The inaugural championship will be contested over 54 holes in two days, with 36 holes played in the opening round and 18 holes in the final round. The team component will feature five members per team with the top four scores for the round counting to the overall team score.

- Invited NCAA D-1 teams, 2024 Canadian University/College Champions, and qualified team members.

- 2025 RBC Canadian Open
- The top-five receiving exemptions into the 2025 Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship, presented by BDO.
